1️⃣ Hoapili Trail to Hanamanioa Point Lighthouse - Maui

The trail takes visitors through a historic landscape with Maui’s newest lava fields. Rich with history and scenic views this trail provides views of the ocean and up-close interaction with lava rock. It is important to wear a closed-toe pair of shoes as the trail is rocky. The head of the trail is located here, you will arrive at a small parking lot near the start. The end of the trail reaches a modern lighthouse overlooking the Pacific Ocean.
2️⃣ Kuliʻouʻou Ridge Trail - Oʻahu

This trail takes hikers up to 1,800 feet at its peak on the Kuli’ou’ou ridge. At the top, you'll be met with views of Oʻahu’s eastern coastline and dramatic mountain landscape. This trail is prone to be slippery with consistent rainy conditions, so be cautious. The head of the trail is located here, at the end of a residential street in Hawai’i Kai so please be respectful to the residents and the āina. Clean up after yourself and others. The top of the hike has you overlooking the East Coast of Oʻahu.
3️⃣ Pololū Trail - Hawaiʻi Island

Length: 0.9 mi
Points of Interest: Cliffs, black sand beaches, and lush valleys.
This hike offers a view of a beautiful black sand and rocky beach with vistas of the Hamakua coast. It takes 30 minutes to reach the lookout of the Pololū Valley. This trail is a steep climb to a mountain’s summit. Around two-thirds of the way up, hikers will come across benches and picnic tables for a peaceful break. There are a few steep areas that require careful foot placement. Beware of this trail when it rains as the trail and rocks get slippery when wet. The trailhead starts here. It gets thinner towards the top, but the views are breathtaking.

You will go through a jungle-filled path and eventually reach a flowing stream, follow this until you reach the falls. The flow of the waterfall may depend on how much it rains before your hike.
